Adolescents & Young Adults
Coaching: Coaching sessions can range from 1-6 months and provide support for those who have a specific issue, a curiosity to learn or a goal to develop themselves in the areas below.
Counselling: Counselling is available for those who would like to explore the root cause of an issue impacting their emotional well-being and how to overcome what may be causing them to feel stuck in this area and impacting their daily life. The length of the counselling session will depend on the nature of the concern.

Supporting family members with illness or high-needs
Establishing and maintaining boundaries for healthy personal and professional relationships
Academic & Career Development
High school and post-secondary course planning
Self-exploration; understanding your interests, passions, strengths
Career exploration and career transitions - goal-setting, experiential learning, mentorship
Self management - addressing procrastination, time management, and routine building
